1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of AerfaTech OÜ (Registration Number: 16789751), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

AerfaTech OÜ provides mobile application development services, including but not limited to:

• iOS application development
• Android application development
• Cross-platform mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Quality assurance and testing
• App maintenance and support

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary materials and access as required
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Payment schedules are project-specific
• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Work may be suspended for non-payment

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Clients receive ownership of custom-developed applications
• AerfaTech OÜ retains rights to general methodologies and techniques
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
• AerfaTech OÜ may showcase completed projects in portfolios

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client business information
• Project specifications
• Proprietary data and systems
• Any information marked as confidential

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

AerfaTech OÜ warrants that:

• Services will be performed with professional care
• Applications will meet specified requirements
• Bug fixes will be provided during warranty period

However, we disclaim warranties for:

• Third-party services and platforms
• App store approval processes
• Market performance of applications

8. Limitation of Liability

AerfaTech OÜ's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business or profits
• Data loss not caused by our negligence
• Third-party service failures

9. Termination

Either party may terminate agreements:

• With written notice as specified in project agreements
• Immediately for material breach
• Payment for completed work is due upon termination

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes will be resolved through Estonian courts or agreed arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
